Must Have Foods/Fruits/Liquids –

PLENTY OF WATER

GREEN TEA

SPINACH

PAPAYA

ALL THE BERRIES (Blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries and blackcurrants)

RED KIDNEY BEANS

FLAX LINSEED

POMEGRANATE

WALNUTS

CARROTS

WHOLE WHEAT

Here is an easy to follow list of tips for a healthier, better looking skin complexion within weeks, definitely worth a try –

Tip 1: Drink a glass of water, no sooner you get up in the morning. (To be had before you brush your teeth). This clears the system for the day.

Tip 2: While having bath, splash alternating mugs of warm and cold water on your face. This helps improve blood circulation.

Tip 3: Have a glass of Papaya soya milk shake with your breakfast. The anti-oxidants present in the fruit will clear your skin.

Tip 4: Apply Sun screen SPF 15+, 30 minutes before leaving home. (Even if it is cloudy outside)

Tip 5: Carry an umbrella, to avoid excess exposure to the sun.

Tip 6: Avoid all oily/fried food that comes your way. Try and include grounded flax seed powder in your meal.

Tip 7: Include more salad/fresh fruits in your diet.

Tip 8: Once back at home, wash your face with a facewash.

Tip 9: Apply a thin coating of Sun screen once again, 30 min before bed.
